Brake Caliper Press Tool
Fit for Disc Brake: This brake caliper press tool comes with two sets of push boards measuring 7.01x2.36 inches and 4.53x2.17 inches, making it compatible with most single and twin pistons floating calipers, as well as twin and quad pistons fixed calipers.
Working Principle: The tool features a spreading mechanism that allows the push boards to expand or retract using a switch. In expanded mode, the centrally located ratchet screw provides uniform thrust to the push boards, enabling efficient engagement of multiple pistons simultaneously.
How to Use: Align the push boards centrally with the pistons on both sides. Apply pressure evenly to initiate the pressing until the boards engage the pistons. Continue to swing the handle until the pistons are fully pressed to the desired position, then adjust the switch to retract the boards for removal.
Size Reference: Push board sizes are 7.01x2.36 inches and 4.53x2.17 inches. The telescopic range is fully retracted at 1.88 inches and fully expanded at 3.03 inches.
